You may be aware that our family circumstances have recently changed and I have separated from my spouse.

Currently, the residential arrangements are as follows:

From this point, please notify both parents separately of any issues relating to fees, events that parents are invited to attend, any activities where parental consent is required, reports and records of my child’s performance or an increase in absenteeism.

INCLUDE ONLY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SENTENCES

There are no restrictions on contact with my child/children for either parent and therefore, either parent may collect her/him/them from school or school events.

OR

Please make all teachers and after school carers aware that there is currently an Order in place to restrict access to the children.  A copy of the Order is attached. It states:

This is a stressful time for our family and I am keen to support and assist my child/children through this process as smoothly as possible.  Please do not hesitate to make contact if you have any concerns about my child’s performance, behaviour or general demeanour.
